Applying the Quality Matters (QM) Rubric - Online Workshop

This is a two week, fully online workshop. The Applying the Quality Matters Rubric (APPQMR) workshop is QM's flagship workshop on the QM Rubric and the process of using the QM Rubric to review online courses. It is intended for a broad audience, including but not limited to faculty, instructional designers, administrators, and adjunct instructors who wish to understand more about the QM Rubric and process of course review. Participants who complete the workshop will obtain the APPQMR certification from the Quality matters program. View the APPQMR Syllabus here:
Special notes: No prerequisite. Online, two weeks, facilitated. It is rigorous with graded work and firm deadlines due to QM requirements. Participants can expect to spend about 10-11 hours per week (20-22 hours total) in this workshop to successfully complete it.
Registration is limited to employees of Arizona State University and particularly instructors that teach courses offered through ASU Online.
Note: After you register in Eventbrite and receive confirmation, you must also register at the QM site (qualitymatters.org) in order to participate.
Note: QM requires that we cap this course at 20 enrollments. Each time we offer the workshop it fills quickly so enroll soon! Also, EdPlus pays the fee for participation in this workshop so please only register if you are confident that you can allocate the time necessary to complete it.
