San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Come to the new MopCo Improv Theater for some
Applied Improv fun!
The winter regional meetup for the New England/Northeast Chapter of the Applied Improvisation Network is here!
What is an AIN event? An invigorating, fun opportunity to meet and connect with caring, intelligent people who are using Improvisation in all sorts of ways to do things like....facilitation, teaching, science, community service, business building...the list is never ending and so exciting!
What will we do at this meetup? It's up to you! Please help us shape the event by sending your wishes to us for what you'd like to do. We have the room from 10:00-3:00, so we can do a lot.* Here are some ideas...
- Share some games or workshop material that you're working on or love to lead.
- Give a talk.
- Pose a question or topic that you'd like to dive into more deeply and explore, let's see what we discover.
- What are YOUR ideas and wishes??
In addition to those thoughts, here are some other juicy joys you'll find at an AIN meetup:
- Connect with other AI professionals in New England, New York, and any other folks from the Northeast who come out to join us for the day
- An understanding of how folks are using this work in the world
- A supportive and welcoming environment of like-minded folks
Pre-registration by Thursday 12/8 is needed so that we can plan accordingly.
Other features of the day: MopCo will have an improv show on the night before the meeting.
Lunch: There are restaurants in the area for our lunch break.
Getting there: Please email us at email@example.com and Jenny or Ellen will support you in getting to Eastworks from the station (and back again).
About the Meeting Space:
