Join us on a beautiful wine tour to Apple Hill Wine Trail……
Breathe in the Aromas of fine wines aging in casks, pies baking at roadside stands, and Christmas tree farms pruning and shaping for the holidays. We are headed to Apple Hill Wine Trail where we will visit delectable wineries that will satisfy your palate! Come see why critiques praise these dynamic wineries.
You will make three stops – the first being at Fenton Herriott Winery. Here you can taste a variety of Apple Hill’s finest wines. Then you will board the luxury motorcoach and head to Boeger Winery and finally Grace Patriot Wines. Each winery is unique in there own way and known for their fabulous wines.
If you love good wine, good friends and a good time this winery tour has your name on it. The tour is a relaxing 6 hours. You will be able to taste, relax, and pleasure your palette with wines and an amazing picnic lunch.

Pickup Location: .Butterfield Station in Rancho Cordova. 9636 Butterfield Road. Please plan on arriving no later than 9:45. We will leave promptly at 10:00 am.

How many people can fit on the bus?

Can I bring my own drinks and snacks?
A round of Beer, Wine & Mimosa’s will be provided on the trip however feel free to bring additional libations or snacks if you desire.
What is the attire?
The attire is casual. Jeans & Sweaters, Boots or Tennis Shoes are fine.
Do I need to bring additional money?
Most wineries have retail items for sale as well as wine. You may choose to bring additional money for wine purchases or to leave a gratuity.
Can I request a vegetarian meal?
Yes! Of course. Please send a email to rachelle@caineventplanning to request a vegetarian meal.
Is gratuity included?
No! Gratuity for the event staff and driver is not included. If you wish to provide a gratuity for the event staff or the driver it is always appericiated.
Can I bring my child?
No! These trips are designed to be Fun outings for Adults. Unfortunately no children will be permitted. All ticket holders must be 21 or older.
What if I have a group of 5 or more?
We welcome large groups! To ensure there is enough tickets available for your entire group please contact Rachelle at email@example.com.
Do I have to print out my ticket for entry on the bus?
Please print out your tickets for entry or bring a photo idea to check in with tickets purchased under your name. You can also show us your ticket using your smart phone!
Final note: Please wine/beer taste in moderation to receive the most out of your experience. For best results stay hydrated and start the day with breakfast. Responsible drinking is a must Please be respectful to event staff, driver, winery staff and other guest at all times. Drunk and disorderly behavior will not be permitted. We have the right to refuse service to anyone. This trip is rain or shine. Gratuity is not included. Tickets are nonrefundable.
