T.A.G. You’re It! Ministries along with Immanuel Baptist Church are excited to announce the hosting of Apolocon 2018. This is a free apologetics conference that will be hosted for two days at Immanuel Baptist Church.

This conference will host Dr. Phil Roberts (former President of Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary), Rob Phillips (Director of the Missouri Baptist Apologetics Network and author), as well as numerous other Missouri Baptist apologetics network members. Numerous topics will be covered at the 2 day conference where the theme is Our Multiperspectival Mission. This apologetics conference will field a great variety of apologetics topics. Individuals will address basic apologetics topics to more specific apologetic methodology related topics. This conference will be useful to those who are new to the concept of apologetics (i.e. defending the faith) and to those with a vast comprehensive knowledge of apologetics. This is the first free Christians Apologetics conference offered in the Springfield area of this size.

The conference is free to all and includes apologetics roundtable discussions where participants will be able to ask questions of the apologist, and there will be numerous breakout sessions. A key focus of the conference is to provide ample access to the apologists who are speaking at the conference. There will be a great deal of resources available to those wanting to expand their knowledge of apologetics, and there will be many opportunities for one to learn how to bring an apologist to their church. Pastors, youth pastors, lay leaders, and all church members are invited to attend; there will be information for everyone wanting to learn how to share their faith more confidently. One does not need to stay for the entirety of the conference but can drop in and drop out. There will be meals and refreshments available on location on Saturday. There will also be a mission mall available to individuals who might be interested in other ministries from the surrounding area.
