Steve Lampert has 25 years’ experience as a nanny industry innovator. Prior to entering the nanny industry in 1994 he was a business broker for over 10 years, selling over 100 businesses. Steve served as a board member of the local business brokers association and was a court-appointed broker and business appraiser. He is the former owner of Buckingham Nannies, one of Los Angeles’ premier agencies. It was the first local agency to be on the internet in 1996. Steve developed a database system in 1998 to track candidates and clients in-house and later sold that business to a long-term employee. Steve developed eNannySource.com in 2001, growing it to be one of the earliest and largest online services in the United States, which was later acquired by another company in 2011. In 2011 Steve designed CareMatchPro.com. CareMatchPro was a complete CRM and agency software management system sold worldwide, which he later sold in 2017. Currently, Steve acts as a Certified Mentor at Score.org mentoring dozens of business owners in most areas of operating a small business and provides consults to growing nanny agencies with his company GrowUrAgency.
