Every Friday night at Apex Master Expos around the world, the Rising Stage becomes the heart of the weekend — where creativity meets performance excellence.
Artists, musicians, dancers, and creative performers deliver their most powerful acts before international guests, media, and Apex members.

Expect a night of music, dance, acrobatics, magic, and visual artistry, all presented with style, professionalism, and emotion — celebrating talent as an international language.

19:30 – 21:00 | Arrival & Welcome Lounge
Guests enjoy a relaxed start to the evening with one welcome drink and networking opportunities among performers and industry guests.

21:00 – 23:30 | The Rising Stage Performances
A curated lineup of international acts takes the spotlight.
Expect stunning voices, dynamic shows, and creative surprises — defining the Apex spirit of live performance.

Recognition & Next Steps
Selected participants from each Friday Rising Stage Night receive invitations to the Apex Awards Gala on Saturday — a celebration of global creativity and excellence.

Applications open for:

• Singers, musicians, and bands
• Dancers, acrobats, and performance artists
• Magicians, illusionists, and creative stage acts

Requirements:

• Age 18+
• One prepared act (max. 5 minutes)
• Short video or link showing previous performance or style

Refund & Replacement Policy

All Apex event tickets are non-refundable.
In case of cancellation, participants will receive three (3) replacement tickets for upcoming Apex events of equal or lesser value, valid within 12 months of the original event date.
No monetary refunds will be issued.
