AP Potential: Free web tool helps identify future AP students~  Learn how to utilize our free, web-based AP Potential tool to help guide more students to challenging courses that will help them prepare for college-level work. AP Potential generates rosters of students likely to score a 3 or better on a given AP® Exam.  By identifying students who may have been overlooked in the past, AP Potential helps educators expand access to their AP programs. The tool is based on proven research that analyzed the performance of more than a million students and found strong correlations between PSAT/NMSQT scores and AP Exam results.
