To eliminate anxiety, you must eliminate the root cause of it. In our minds, we hold so many pictures of our past experiences. Therefore, you can become anxious when there seems to be no reason for it because you are not seeing the present situation as it is but through the pictures in your mind. Your body responds to the stress or danger signals your mind is sending and you feel anxious, without even knowing the original stimuli.
