The philosophy of Holistic Mental Wellness has a foundation in integral psychology and the bio-psychosocial model of healthcare. It incorporates various therapeutic techniques focusing on healing the mind, body and spirit for overall quality of health and wellness. It includes the use of cognitive-behavioral techniques, humanistic and trans-personal psychology, and Complementary and Alternative approaches (ie. mind body relaxation, guided imagery, breath work etc.) in promoting overall well being.
