About this Event

(General Admission)

Antoine JaQuard

It’s in his genes. Born into an already musical family, Antoine JaQuard (whose birth name is Antoine JaQuard-Angle Dodson) has been electrifying audiences worldwide with his unique and passionate performances since the age of 4. These performances have taken him from The Apollo Theatre in New York (his segment helped “It’s Showtime at the Apollo” to be nominated for an NAACP image award. The video of his performance on YouTube has surpassed, 400,000 views), to The Jenny Jones Show in Chicago and back home to Virginia at the Ferguson Center for the Performing Arts and the Hampton Coliseum.

Blessed with a four-octave range and the ability to capture an audience, Antoine has received praise and accolades from some of the biggest names in the music industry. Studying briefly at the Berklee College of Music in Boston afforded him the opportunity to co-headline a concert at the Berklee Performance Center, which has drawn the likes of Quincy Jones and many other legendary artists.

Since the release of a new single (“Crazy Love”) and relocating to Atlanta, Georgia, Antoine has already performed with rising local talent (Baby Rose, Keem Litty) headlining shows at the famed Atlanta venues: Smith’s Olde Bar (who has hosted the likes of B.o.B. and John Mayer), The Masquerade and The Drunken Unicorn. He also performed at the 2018 Taste of Soul Atlanta Music Festival along side Kelly Price and PJ Morton. His new music, which he calls Rock-N-Soul, is what he hopes to be the catalyst of a new musical movement. “I sing to people. That’s people of all color, races, religions, and whatever other differences you can think of, because when I’m onstage we’re all there to have a great time. I sing to inspire, to lift people up and bring them together. That’s what music is really all about. So who’s ready to get lifted?” Introducing…Antoine JaQuard

Aria Lanelle

Hailed by Afropunk as "definitely one to watch", Aria Lanelle is a honey-voiced singer, songwriter, and producer.

After winning the R&B division of the John Lennon Songwriting Contest, Aria lent her dulcet voice to the Zimmer X Pallace Saturday Love ” remix in the UK (currently sitting at 1.8 million plays on YouTube alone), which led her to collaborate on many more UK house projects with hungry young producers looking for fiery vocals and stellar writing. Aria then released her EP My Name Is in the summer of 2016, which was then featured in Okayplayer, Afropunk, and Earmilk (to name a few star media outlets), garnering rave reviews for her incredible voice and singular writing and production talents. Most recently, Aria has released her single The Problem, an infectiously danceable cut.
