Antitrust in the Digital Era: An Introduction to Antitrust Law and Careers

Speaker: Professor Sam Weinstein, Cardozo School of Law

Description: Please join us for a lunch talk with Professor Weinstein! Prof. Weinstein specializes in antitrust law, financial regulation, corporate law and the history of the regulatory state. He served as an attorney-advisor in the Legal Policy Section of the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, and also served as Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Division. He began his career as a litigator at Munger, Tolles & Olson in San Francisco, after serving as a law clerk to Judge Edward R. Becker of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.


This event is open only to the Cardozo community. Registration is required. Lunch will be provided.
