Event description

Description

National PTSD awareness month is celebrated annually in June to raise awareness of post-traumatic stress disorder, a mental health problem that may develop after exposure to a traumatic experience. Please join our efforts to spread the word about effective PTSD strategies and treatment at this year’s “Walk, Release, and Heal” event.

The National Congress of Black Women Greater Cleveland Chapter will utilize all proceeds from sponsors and walkers to continue to provide workshops throughout the year to bring awareness to this disorder and assist in helping African-American women and her family lead productive lives.
