Hors d’oeuvres:

tiny angel biscuits with poached chicken, lemon aioli, and watercress

cucumber canape with refreshing garden slaw

castelvetrano olive sate, balsamic syrup skewered with a marinated artichoke and a roasted marinated tomato

Dinner Options:

A- Grilled chicken breast, red bell pepper coulis offered on a basmati rice salad, tossed with Castelvetrano olives, marinated roasted tomato and pickled carrots.

B - Poached shrimp, blood orange vinaigrette, offered on red and yellow lentils, garnished with navel orange supremes, grilled pineapple and oven roasted grapes.

C - Buckwheat noodles, asian vinaigrette tossed with broccoli florets, butternut squash, roasted peppers, bean sprouts and shiitake mushrooms.

7:30pm - the Jolidon Organ Recital Series presents Isabelle Demers at Trinity College Chapel

To conclude our program year, Isabelle Demers will perform a thrilling and varied recital at Trinity College Chapel. Ms. Demers is an international concert organist, recently appointed Associate Professor of organ at McGill University, Montreal. Program to be announced. “Demers crafted an imaginative program for her... and delivered it with precision and flair. Demers’ playing amounted to unalloyed musical joy.” (ClevelandClassical.com)

Due to a variety of circumstances, please make note of a new venue and program for our final events of the 22-23 season. Our annual meeting and dinner will be in Trinity College’s Hamlin Hall, located at the opposite corner of the main quadrangle. Parking is available in any campus space.

PLEASE NOTE: attendees who wish to attend the annual meeting and/or the organ recital without partaking in dinner are welcome to do so, as they are offered to all free of charge. The cost is only for dinner.
