The dual purpose of the CARE Brain Trust meeting is to:
a) To learn about the Collaborative Approach for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders Research and Education (CARE) registry
b) examine factors that either impede or facilitate community involvement in research from the perspectives of community and research partners
c) develop new collaborative partnerships between community and research partners that will include the use of the CARE research registry.
Panel Discussion with CARE Research & Community Partners:
- Learn about potential health across the lifespan research projects and questions in dementia, aging, and caregiving that can be conducted with AAPI via the CARE registry.
- Discuss community involvement in research from the perspectives of community and research partners
- Learn how to develop new collaborative partnerships between community and research partners
