Description

It is with great pleasure that we, the Howard Human & Civil Rights Law Review, invite you to attend the Annual C. Clyde Ferguson Jr. Lecture. This year’s theme will be "Policing, Race, and Social Justice in the Age of Trump."

We are extremely excited for this year’s Keynote Speaker, Professor Paul Butler—the Albert Brick Professor in Law at Georgetown Law. Professor Butler will be discussing his latest book, Chokehold and the laws and practices that are geared towards policing black men.

Following the Keynote Address, there will be a book signing held in the law school's Pauline Murray Suite.
