Each of the four panels was approved for 1.5 hours of Face-to-Face credit for a total of 6.0 hours if you attend and sign in to all four panels.

The Programming Committee has pulled together a diverse panel of experts to talk about Population Health across the continuum. Topics include the big picture of Population Health versus the smaller efforts to manage chronic illness, the interface of the EHR and regional health information and big data, the primary care network to the hospital and post-acute care continuum and finally behavioral health and substance use. We are pleased that ACHE Chairman-Elect, David Olson will be joining us for opening remarks. The agenda and panels are described below.

Participants in this program who wish to have it considered for Face-to-Face credit should list their attendance when they apply for ACHE advancement or recertification.

Maryland Association of Health Care Executives

The Maryland Association of Health Care Executives (MAHCE), the local chapter of the American College of Health Care Executives (ACHE), was founded in 1973 as a forum for professional development and interchange among senior-level health care executives. Since that time, the Association has expanded its membership to those involved in health care administration or health-related professions: such as healthcare consultants and students in health care administration programs. By attending our education programs you will earn "Face-to-Face and Qualified Education credits (old Category I or II credits, respectively) towards advancement to ACHE Fellow and take advantage of opportunities to network with other health care professionals.  Please see our website (http://mahce.ache.org) for more information.
