We've had many requests for more educational events; events that take you to perhaps unfamiliar territory and give you the opportunity to learn the different varietals, labeling, and taste profiles that define a region. Our first such class focuses on France. This is basically a 'France 101' class focusing on the different regions in France: Alsace, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Loire and Rhone to name a few. We'll taste at least 6 wines from these different regions. Additionally, you'll learn which varietals comes from each region, how to read a French wine label, how European farming and viticultural practices differ from domestic wines, and maybe you'll find a few gems and a new love for French wine! Cheese/Charcuterie included.
