The purpose of the Gear Up Program is to prepare you for breast surgery and treatment with information and strategies for maintaining health after the diagnosis of breast cancer. The program will focus on:

• Stress reduction

• What to expect the day of surgery

• Lymphedema prevention, including taking baseline arm measurements

You will be given the opportunity to learn hands on techniques to reduce risk and improve wellness.
