Step into a whole other world where everything is colorful and sweet; where you have the attention of your loving maids! Anime Matsuri, in partnership with @Home Cafe and Sanrio, is here to bring to the attendees Japan’s top Maid Cafe experience straight from Akihabara, Tokyo to Houston! Also receive exclusive access to the official @Home Cafe x Sanrio collab merchandise booth inside and outside the cafe!
@Home Cafe will be hosting an up-close and personal roleplay experience where you are the Master or Princess, served by @Home President Hitomi and four other Maids from the @Home Maid Cafe along with Anime Matsuri’s own Maid Cafe team!

*Seating arrangements will be on a first come, first serve basis with priority given to VIP attendees. If you wish to sit together with another attendee(s) who has reserved in the same time slot, then you must report to check in together before the session. Otherwise we reserve the right to seat you with other attendees. Largest available seating have maximum 4 people.
*All Regular Sessions are 1hr long. Entry is closed 15 minutes after session begins. Entry is NOT allowed once pass 15 minutes after the session has begun and session tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please report to check-in at least 15 minutes before your timed session.

Each guest is entitled to one choice of drink and one choice of dessert where you may order at the time of your session at Anime Matsuri 2020. Stay tune for our special menu release!
In addition to your paid reservation, you will need a valid Anime Matsuri 2020 badge to access this event.
Maid Cafe is located on the 1st floor, Exhibit Hall E, Intersection of Shibuya Crossing.

FAQs
Will I be seated with others?
Yes! Unless you and your friend(s) are present together at check-in and have the same reservation, be prepared to sit with other attendees! Meet other fans and make new friends!
Are there ID or minimum age requirement to enter the event?
IDs are not required at check-in as long you have your Eventbrite ticket ready. There is no age requirement, but customers age 2+ must have a ticket!
I have a VIP ticket, but my friend has a general ticket or vice versa. Can we still sit together?
Even though you and your friend have arrived to the check-in together, VIP is still prioritized and limited. If you wish to be seated with someone with a different level of ticket, your party would have to all downgrade to regular seating; having the customer(s) to give up their VIP seat but would still be given their custom Polaroid with an @Home Maid of their choice. If you do NOT agree to this decision, then guests will have to be seated separately at their designated seats according to their ticket.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, IDs are not necessary at check in and we will redeem 1 individual ticket per person. Once tickets are purchased and confirmed, Anime Matsuri is not liable for the usage of the tickets on the weekend of Anime Matsuri if they were to be stolen, misused, or lost.
Can I take pictures/videos of the @Home Maids?
No. Photos and videos are not allowed. Only photos allowed are through our custom Polaroid offer for our VIP customers. Breaching the rule will lead to punishment from phone confiscation to being escorted out of the cafe without a refund.
Can I take pictures/videos of inside the cafe or of the AM Maid Team?
Yes, BUT through strict guidelines. Photos/videos cannot have the @home Maids and permission must be granted by the AM Maid. Breaching the rule will lead to punishment from phone confiscation to being escorted out of the cafe without a refund.
Can I hug or touch a Maid?
NO. We possess an extremely strict rule of keeping a safe distance between our Maids and customers. Please ask first! Please respect our rules or you will be escorted out of the cafe without a refund.
What can I bring into the event?
Pleased have your Eventbrite ticket ready for check-in.
Please refrain from bringing big cosplay/fashion that may interfere with the service.

What's the refund policy?
Tickets after purchase are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are over 15 minutes late to your session, you will NOT be refunded NOR allowed entrance. Please report to check-in at least 15 minutes before your session.
All Staff members of the @Home Maid Cafe and Anime Matsuri Maid Cafe have the right to refuse service to those who interfere with the operations of the cafe. By purchasing a reservation for the cafe, you have agreed to respect our rules. Thank you for understanding and we hope you enjoy this unique experience!
