Description

PLEASE NOTE: THIS SHOWING OF THE MOVIE IS ALREADY FULL, BUT PLEASE PUT YOUR NAME ON OUR WAITING LIST! (SO GO AHEAD AND REGISTER!) THIS WILL HELP US DETERMINE IF THERE'S ENOUGH INTEREST FOR ANOTHER SHOWING!

Free tickets are now available and seating is limited for, "Angst," an hour-long movie with candid interviews with teens talking about anxiety and offering tools that help and provide hope. The goal of the movie is to have a global conversation and raise awareness around anxiety, learn from others who have anxiety, and offer tools to parents, teachers and students on what they can do about anxiety.

The film includes discussions with mental health experts about the causes of anxiety and its sociological effects on teens. There is a special appearance in this documentary by 28-time Olympic medalist Michael Phelps as he shares his story about anxiety.

The movie is appropriate for ages 10 and up. Students must be accompanied by an adult.

Join us for a free screening of "Angst," a film about anxiety, truth & hope. Really. Let’s talk. #AngstMovie

Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in additional dialogue and discussions with a local psychiatrist and FHPS school counselors.
