Event Details

Update about ANGR MGMT, now part of the brand, AMYA. Our third session, set to begin January 22 has been postponed to Spring 2019. For upcoming classes at The Carrack Modern Art with our amazing, inaugural yoga instructor, Jameela F. Dallis, PhD, refer to her website at

ANGR MGMT is an art, yoga, and tarot experience for activists, community organizers and supporters, influencers, connectors, and ordinary people who are looking for an intimate, creative group exercise & therapy session.

Togetherness is medicine and a powerful form of anger management. Treat yourself.

Live instrumentation, including skat during practice allows us to focus and achieve a higher meditative state. Vocals may be performed after Savasana.
