Event Details

Hello!

I'm very happy to offer private and semi-private phone and in-person Lightroom and photography training. This page has been set up specifically for phone consulting, but I also offer in-person training below.

Some of the topics I can help you with include:

WORKFLOW/LIGHTROOM/PHOTOSHOP

• How to set up your computer properly prior to importing files;
• How to import images properly;
• How to use the Library, Develop and Print Modules;
• How to create compelling slide shows using Lightroom;
• How to make pages and/or books using Lightroom; and
• Photoshop retouching, Layers, sharpening and printing.

PHOTO RELATED

• How to set up your camera for any shooting situation;
• How to choose the right lens for travel, sports, portrait or close-up photography;
• What to look for when you are out taking pictures;
• How to frame your photos for maximum impact;
• How to choose the right flash, softboxes, fill cards, etc.; and
• How to work with models.

HOW IT WORKS

For phone consultations, after you reserve your session, you will be asked a few questions to help me understand exactly what equipment you currently have and what you'd like me to help you achieve. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail with the time to call-in for your consultation.

PRIVATE/SEMI-PRIVATE IN-PERSON CONSULTATIONS

Private in-person consultation: We can meet at a pre-scheduled time and place in the New Brunswick, NJ area or New York City. I can then help you to use your camera like a Pro, and guide you step-by-step in the process of making better pictures. A minimum time for a private training session is two hours at $150/hr (plus travel fees if applicable) for meetings in the New Brunswick, NJ area, and three hours for meetings in New York City. For more information, or to reserve a training session, please contact me through this page.

GUARANTEE

I guarantee that you will be very happy with the consulting services I provide. If you are not happy with the consulting I provide, I will do what I can to remedy that, either by offering additional training, or by refunding your payment in full. My only request is that you let me know why you are requesting a refund. It's a privilege to be able to share my passion of photography and workflow with others, and I want to be sure you are satisfied with my services.
