Andreae Community Trails at Warren Memorial Hospital

One of our favorite winter walks, with mature forest from streamside to ridge. These trails were built by the Andreae family through preserved forests surrounding Warren Memorial Hospital. This moderate trail has gentle elevation gains and the surface is rocky in some places. We will walk about 2 miles, though more or less hiking is available on these easily followed trails.

Walk leader will be Natalie Izlar, an expert on local flora. She is also a Board Member of our VNPS Piedmont Chapter.
