Description

THE FILM

AND THE BOYS GO is a debut feature film from Stow native and Nashoba graduate Matt Hoff. An independent film made for only $40,000, ATBG follows four high school graduates on one last camping trip before college. Akin to classic American New Wave cinema, ATBG quietly explores the thematics of growing up and masculinity through dialogue centered, deep character study. Think Stand By Me meets Dazed and Confused, with some sprinkles of Bergman.

Come witness this one-time event at the historic Strand Theater (and get dinner and drinks while you're at it). Doors open at 6:30pm, film screens from 7:30-9pm, and a Q&A takes place from 9:00-9:30pm.

Though the film starts at 7:30pm, we highly suggest you arrive at 7:00pm latest. It's much better to place your meal orders before the show, and good seats go fast!
