About

Most of us seek happiness and satisfaction through this human experience. However, the happiness we experience is only fleeting; it is not fully satisfied or fulfilled because it is temporary. As a result, we keep looking for more of what we like, not knowing that this desire to fulfill happiness comes with attachment and suffering.

It is possible, however, to end this cycle of craving and suffering by developing insight; the result is enlightenment or Nibbana. In this meditation retreat, we will learn about the Four Noble Truths, Dependent Origination, and the path leading to the cessation of suffering. We will explore and experience the possibility of limitless compassion, kindness, and equanimity.

This is a rare opportunity for you to develop your mind and attain the fruits of enlightenment. The retreat will be conducted by Dr. Lalith Ranatunga. You can use the following website and video playlist to learn more about the Four Noble Truths and enlightenment:

Come to experience newfound ease, understanding, and freedom in your life.
