Anchor Swim Project - Flathead Lake Swim Camp

The Anchor Swim Project is hosting an open water swim camp in Polson, Montana-Flathead Lake. Whether you are a newcomer to the idea of marathon swimming, an experienced open water veteran, or a triathlete who wants to improve the first leg in their next event, Anchor Swim Project is the next step in your path to success.

Embrace “The Third Boat” In Your Life
Darren is the only open water swimmer to complete each leg of the Ocean’s Seven Challenge (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ocean's_seven) on the first attempt. Darren will reveal how his metaphor of “The Third Boat” is utilized to empower the use of visualization, tenacity, and perseverance to accomplish goals both in and out of the water.
The four-day camp will include seminars on the following topics:
- Swim Stroke Video Analysis
- Land Based Exercises – Strength & Stretching
- Proper Nutrition & Hydration
In addition to the seminars, a variety of swim distances will be offered every day with expert coaching from Darren Miller, Mark Johnston and Heather Rodriguez.
Camp Dates: July 20-July 24, 2017
Investment: $995 includes all land transportation (airfare not included), cabin accommodations, breakfast and lunch (dinner not included).
Getting to Polson, MT: Kalispell Airport or Missoula Airport
Camp is limited to 14 participants.
