Todd Rowe is a Chicago-based partner with Tressler LLP, a national law firm. He focuses his practice in insurance coverage representing specialty, property and commercial lines insurers in litigation and non-litigation disputes. He also regularly provides guidance on issues related to policy analysis and drafting and claims handling procedures. Todd provides counseling to clients on cyber incident responses and cyber insurance coverage issues. Todd is admitted to practice in Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan, and has been involved in a number of insurance coverage matters in other various states. Todd is the editor of Tressler's Privacy Risk Report blog.
Mike Richmond is a risk advisory consultant with The Horton Group. He has spent his career advising with businesses and organizations on how to coordinate insurance programs alongside proper risk management policies and procedures. Much of his focus has been in the crime and cyber liability fields, addressing coverage for network security, business income loss, and electronic banking loss. He received his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School and his B.A. from Millikin University.
