Comparing data with your friends is great, as long as everyone is riding the same course, on the same day, in the same weather. This also applies to comparing your own ride data. Sometimes with all of the information you can get (speed, distance, power, cadence, heart rate, etc...) it can become overwhelming and often times confusing. Come learn what data is important and what all of the numbers mean to you and your training.
The class will take place at the Trek Bicycle Store of Schererville and will be presented by an experienced cycling coach and racer. The class will leave you with the knowledge and understanding what the numbers your cycling computer is giving you. It will cover how to use those numbers to improve your ride and make you a stronger, more efficient rider.
The $5 registration includes 60-minute class with time for questions and open conversation, plus coffee to keep everyone alert and focused.
Also, if you have an idea for a class or clinic that you would like to see added to University of Trek's rotation, please feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do about getting it in.
