To make an impact with their audiences, businesses need to be able to take the mountains of data they generate and glean timely and efficient insights from them — but with overloaded IT departments and other obstacles like budgets and security, this is easier said than done. Self-service BI tools can help by allowing companies to make better use of this previously unused data. In this demo we will look at the features that make Power BI an excellent tool for implementing self-service BI. We will demonstrate the powerful visualizations and features available in a Power BI dashboard, including Natural Language query, retrieving data from various sources, and the drill down experience. In particular we will look at leveraging the data contained in CRM to gain insights into how your business is servicing your customers.
