First International Conference on Peri-Operative Anaesthetic and Critical Care Management of Patients Undergoing Cytoreductive Surgery(CRS) combined with Hyperthermic Intra-Peritoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC) for Peritoneal Malignancy.

What is the refund policy?

If Pelican Cancer Foundation has to cancel a course for any unforeseen reason, then a 100% refund will be returned to the delegate, either by cheque or credit card refund, depending on the original payment method used to enrol on the course.

If a delegate cancels attendance at a course with more than 31 days’ notice, a 10% administration fee will be deducted and the balance returned to the delegate either by cheque or credit card refund, depending on the original payment method used to enrol on the course.

If a delegate cancels attendance at a course with between 30 – 7 days’ notice, a 50% administration fee will be deducted and the balance returned to the delegate either by cheque or credit card refund, depending on the original payment method used to enrol on the course.

If a delegate cancels attendance at a course with between 6 days and 24 hours’ notice, a 75% administration fee will be deducted and the balance returned to the delegate either by cheque or credit card refund, depending on the original payment method used to enrol on the course

If a delegate fails to attend the course and no prior notice (i.e. 24 hours) has been given, then NO refund is available.
