Anada  reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions and will provide reasonable notice to participants. In the event of cancellation, refund of course fees  will be issued.

The training will cover, Basics of Sweat bathing, Science and benefits of Sauna, Health and safety protocols, Elements of a Sauna ritual, Aufguss equipment, Essential oils and aromas and practical towel techniques for Aufguss and Sauna rituals

No! The course has been created for new and enthusiastic Sauna Masters and enthusiasts
