Description

The Earth Conservation Corps invites all DMV area school teachers and staff to attend our Anacostia Raptor Watch information session! The Anacostia Raptor Watch is our new enrivonmental education program built for schools. For more information about the Anacostia Raptor Watch, click here.

The session will be held on February 21 from 10:30AM - 1:00PM at the Matthew Henson Earth Conservation Center at 2000 Half St SW, Washington, DC 20024.

Come and learn about our 2019 Programming Offerings for DMV area schools! Plus, get the chance to meet our raptor ambassadors, Mr. Hoots, Sky, Petunia and more!

This event is open-house style, feel free to come any time between 10:30AM and 1:00PM. Earth Conservation Corps educators and raptor handlers will be on-hand to chat about programming. Light refreshments will be available as well.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is free parking available at the Matthew Henson Center. The closest metro is the green line at the Navy Yard or Waterfront stop.
