Event description

Description

Dr. Dan Edge is a Professor of Wildlife Ecology and Associate Dean for the College of Agricultural Sciences at Oregon State University. He has been involved with a very successful online fisheries and wildlife degree and will be sharing his experience and expertise. Like past seminars, Dr. Edge’s presentation/discussion will enable us to learn more about a selected credible and successful online education program, and to further develop a shared framework of opportunities and strategies. This seminar’s title is taken from the original title of Dr. Edge’s coauthored article, Edge, W. D., and D. Sanchez. 2011. An online fisheries and wildlife degree: Can you really do that? Wildlife Society Bulletin 35:2-8.

Welcome and Introduction: Dr. James Gibbs
