The two-hour workshop provides the fundamental knowledge about how to evaluate wine, talk about it, and how to feel more comfortable in everyday wine situations. Wine will be served for tasting as well as some tasty snacks.

About your Instructor
Originally from a small town in Alabama, Stephen Deyton was classically trained in France and received a degree in wine from the Université du Vin de Suze La Rousse. Since relocating to the bay area, Stephen has worked at Michael Mina as a Cellar Master/Sommelier and has made trips to France, Napa, Sonoma, and Central Cost wine countries for educational tastings.
