An Introduction to the Desire Map

How do you want to feel when you wake up in the morning? When you get in the car? When you open the door at work? When you drop your kids off at school or take your dog for a walk? How do you want to feel when you walk into a room?
How do you want to feel?
And… why is this important?
Your bucket list, strategic plans, big dreams, goals… what you’re chasing isn’t the goal itself. You’re actually chasing the feeling you hope achieving that goal will give you.
Which means we’ve got this achievement stuff upside down. We go after the things we want to have, experience or accomplish…and we hope it’s fulfilling when we get there. It’s backwards and it’s burning us out.
Or… you could get clear on how you actually want to feel in your life, and then create ways to experience those feelings now. We call these “Goals with Soul” … and when you begin to create them, pursuing goals becomes fun and fulfilling in itself.
This is about doing much less proving and way more living. Goal setting just got a makeover.
In this introductory workshop, we’ll focus on applying the Desire Map process to the life area of Body + Wellness… and also explore how essential oils can support you in how you want to feel.
