Event description

Description

This two-day experience will open a world of possibilities for teaching with Raspberry Pi and show you how physical computing can change STEM education in the classroom. If coding in Python, programming LED circuits and building robot cars sounds intimidating, don’t worry. This class is designed to be completely hands-on introduction. No previous programming experience is required! Expect to collaborate with like-minded peers and develop a plan of action for bringing Raspberry Pi to your students. You will get to keep your Raspberry Pi Robot Car kit afterward, receive curriculum materials to apply in your classroom or program right away, and be invited to an exclusive online community for continuous learning and support!

The workshop facilitators are Albert Hwang and Vivien Macnguyen, co-founders and engineers of QPi Education.
