June 17th, San Francisco Arboretum (front gate on 9th Avenue just inside Golden Gate Park off of Lincoln Avenue), 10:00AM - 1:00PM

Join Landscape Architect Mary Swanson and Horticulturalist Quin Ellis for a field trip through the San Francisco Arboretum. We'll introduce some botanical terms and concepts, observe plant characteristics, and consider several specimen's design uses and potential in Bay Area landscapes.

Event fee includes entry to garden.

We'll be walking quite a bit so wear comfortable shoes and bring lunch or a snack.
