Today more than ever, the message of Nonduality is breaking free from its religious history and being adapted into straightforward and simple language. The new teachings are making Nonduality available to many who would not have otherwise heard the message. The Meditation Learning Center is offering several intensives in the exploration into Nonduality. [na] These half-day intensives are for anyone that has an interest in the nondual teachings.
Purpose: The purpose of this event is to support the spontaneous recognition of one’s true nature that develops into the realization of non-separateness or oneness with the whole of life. We spend our lives assuming that life is made of separate people and things. In this separation we are cut off from one another. We can also feel cut off from true happiness and contentment.[na] Meditation – natural release and allowing all experience to be as it is – along with contemplation and self-inquiry – the deep and passionate investigation into the truth of what we really are – can help to facilitate this recognition of selflessness and in the understanding of the unconditioned, or Nonduality.
Group Format and Content: Formerly offered only as a six week course. These nondual intensives will experientially explore variations on essential understandings of Nonduality. Additionally, members will clarify and deepen their own living questions with the help of various exercises, dialogue and discussion. We will hone the art of identifying and seeing through core limiting beliefs. These intensives are a “Direct Pointing” toward our true nature.
Facilitated by Shane Wilson: Shane is an author and teacher of meditation, and Nonduality. He is an ordained Buddhist minister and founder of the Meditation Learning Center. For more information go to shanewilson.org
Note: This one of several intensives being offered in the following months, feel free to participate in as many as you wish
