The Blizzard (@blzzrd) is a quarterly football publication providing a platform for the world’s best writers to write football stories that matter to them. On June 12, we’re hosting a rousing Q&A of two halves with audience participation, social media interaction & competitions to discuss the in-depth, topical & humorous football questions of the moment. There will also be an opportunity to purchase the brand-new Issue 33 (to be released on June 7), new t-shirts and Issue Zero.

Jonathan Wilson (@jonawils) is founder and editor of The Blizzard. A sports journalist and renowned author who writes for a number of publications, including the Guardian and Sports Illustrated. Wilson is also a regular guest on The Guardian football podcast, “Football Weekly”, a Sunderland fan and author of a number of books including:

Miguel Delaney (@migueldelaney) is chief football writer for The Independent, where he has worked since 2012. Irish-Spanish, he was born in Dublin and has previously worked for the Sunday Tribune and ESPN. He is the author of the book, "Stuttgart to Saipan” about the Irish national team and has featured as a guest on the “Premier League Show” on BBC. Delaney regularly appears on The Independent’s football podcast, “The Indy Football Podcast.”

Jack Pitt-Brooke (@JackPittBrooke) has been a football journalist for The Independent since 2010. He’s written stories on non-league to the Champions League and covered Euro 2016 and the 2018 World Cup. Pitt-Brooke also features regularly on “The Indy Football Podcast”, as well as having appeared on Sky Sports’ ‘Sunday Supplement. He won young sportswriter of the year at the Sports Journalism Awards in 2014.

Marcus Speller (@MarcusSpeller) is a freelance presenter. He is the co-producer and host of The Football Ramble podcast and has worked as a pundit for the BBC World Service, Sky News and ITV Football Podcast. He was also the stadium host for the London Paralympics in 2012.
