Is free in the Trinity road carpark 2 minutes from the venue

Our function room is on the first floor above the shop. There is a banister, and the stairs are similar to a single flight of stairs you might expect in an older house.

Can I come and check out the venue ahead of time and pick a seat?

Yes, the shop is open from 10-4pm every day and you can come for a quick tour. The seating will be arranged on the evening depending on numbers, but you can pick an area.
