An evening with Sebastian Cooke

Join chef Sebastian Cooke inside Perry’s Butchers for an intimate evening of food, craft and atmosphere.

The night begins with a live butchery breakdown led by Perry himself, showcasing traditional skills as the prime ribs are cut from the beef — later served as part of the main course. Guests will then enjoy a five-course tasting menu celebrating seasonal produce and bold flavours.

A welcome drink is included on arrival, with further drinks available to purchase from Perry’s excellent selection of wines and house beers.
