Cocktail, Business Casual, or Smart Casual attire is acceptable.

MEAL ENTRÉE OPTIONS ( All guests will be served a plated dinner meal )

Vegetarian Option: Vegetarian (gluten free)vegetable tower-layers of roasted zucchini, summer squash, broccoli, asparagus, mozzarella cheese baked and topped with fresh tomato sauce served with vegetable and potato.

EVENT PROCEDURES

VIP GUESTS

VIP Reception Check-in: 4:30; Reception 5-6:30. VIP Guests will have an opportunity to obtain a photograph with Sarah and other special guests at the VIP Reception on a first come first served basis.

GALA GUESTS

5:30 PM Begin Check in for ticket holders.

All guests will be pre-screened. Current Photo ID w/ticket is required for entry into the event. There will be one table for security screening at the main entrance. There will be two rectangle tables for ticket holder check-ins arranged in alphabetical order by last name. For instance, A-B, C-D, etc. located at the main entrance after security screening.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

VIP Reception: 5-6:30, includes hors d'oeuvres, open bar and photo op with Sarah and other guests. (Registration begins 4:30 pm; Doors open 5 pm)

Gala event: 6-6:45, Gala Reception, with cash bar (Registration 5:30 pm; Doors open 6 pm)

Welcome: 7:00 pm

Dinner: 7:15-8:00 pm (Some speakers during dinner)

Program/Keynote: 8:15-9:30

SAFETY AND EVENT SECURITY

Safety and security operations is priority one and will be conducted by Centurion International Services, LLC (CIS) and Federal (if applicable) local law enforcement authorities.

Security personnel will screen all individuals purchasing a ticket. Questionable persons will be clearly identified. If CIS (or U. S. Secret Service or local law enforcement) identifies any high-risk person, the ticket will be immediately refunded. The local Cities of Livonia and Plymouth will be contacted, advised of the event and speaker(s), and asked to assist with CIS and/or Secret Service at the event to provide additional perimeter and interior safety/security and traffic/parking control.

NOTE: The United States Secret Service and/or local law enforcement authority safety and security protocols/operations take precedent over CIS proposed operations.
