Ticket GradesIf you purchase tickets of different grades in the same booking, your group will be seated at a table corresponding to the lower ticket grade.For example, if both Gold and Silver tickets are purchased together, you will be seated at a Silver-tier table.Refund Policy

• If no response is received within 24 hours, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled event.
