An Evening with Isaiah 55 Ministries
Please join us for an evening with Isaiah 55, a ministry providing opportunity and hope to deaf children in Reynosa, Mexico. This a free event that will include dinner and entertainment but please RSVP to reserve your spot.
The Isaiah 55 mission encompasses a school that provides deaf education pre-school thru high school and the development of a first of its kind deaf curriculum for the country of Mexico. Isaiah 55 is also pioneering new projects to provide a living wage for the deaf through a vocational program and the creation of Spanish vocational sign language.
Established over ten years ago, Isaiah 55 has a mission staff of eighteen and a national staff of almost twenty who run the deaf programs. Hundreds of individuals take part every summer in short term mission teams working alongside the staff and national staff. The school is now run completely by national staff. Isaiah 55 operates four facilities including the school, a community center, a trade/vocational school, and a mission facility housing the offices and short term teams.
