Join us for a 'fireside chat' with special guest Bernard Brogan who will be making his first visit to Hong Kong, travelling from Bangkok where he will attend the annual Fexco Asian Gaelic Games. Hong Kong GAA will be in action in Bangkok with Chairman Kevin Chan leading 100+ players to compete in the Mens & Ladies Gaelic Football, Hurling & Camogie competitions.

One of Ireland's best known sporting figures, Bernard is a qualified chartered accountant & holds a Master’s in Business Management & Marketing. Bernard is a Co-Founder of ​Legacy Consultants & ​PepTalk,

​Legacy is the fastest growing Communications and Sponsorship agency in Ireland while PepTalk is new tech start-up focused on employee engagement, wellbeing & performance through gamification & data analysis. ​Bernard works as Commercial Director for both firms & is involved in on-boarding clients & ensuring the highest quality of customer experience.

Bernard has played the Dublin Men's Gaelic Football Team for 12 years earning 5 All Ireland Medals, 11 Leinster Medals & 4 GAA Football All Star Awards as well as being named Footballer of the Year in 2010. He also captained the Irish Team in the Compromise Rules games with Australia in 2015.

Bernard will be in conversation with Dr John O' Reilly of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, himself formerly of Waterford GAA & Hong Kong GAA, who has overseen the successful introduction of Gaelic Football onto the sports science curriculum. John & Bernard were teammates at Dublin City University, where they represented the college in the Sigerson Cup.
