Join us for an evening of live art, specialty drinks, food and excitement in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood with the artist Tuan Jones. While networking, mingling and observing the artist’s process, attendees will have access to our selected menu with the ability to purchase specialty drinks and dishes from Tabu.

Tuan(Lyntuan Jones {°1991, Chicago}), painter, illustrator, designer and creator creator of new worlds. Recently featured with the Museum of contemporary Art in Chicago, panel discussions across the country with various groups and companies including the Web312 Summit powered by Verizon along with published mention in the Chicago Reader for his fashion design practice, Tuan creates intense personal moments via creative design, Web3/NFT technology infused experiences and cultural impact concepts.
Tabu breaks from tradition with Pan-Latin-inspired cuisine and cocktails, in a unique and eclectic West Loop space. Executive Chef Saúl Román, a Cuernavaca, Mexico native with years of experience in Mexico City, defies culinary classification delivering vibrant dishes that draw influence from the cuisines of Mexico, Spain, Colombia, and more. Tabu’s food offerings were designed to pair perfectly with its tantalizing beverage program, which is set to boast the largest collection of Mezcals and Tequilas in Chicago. Tabu’s interiors combine a certain sophistication and playfulness, with a ceiling adorned with nearly 10,000 individually cut ropes, enigmatic pop art murals, and a sunken cocktail lounge that begs you to order just one more round.
