An Evening of Magic is NYC's newest magic show, right near Times Square. Join us in an intimate theater near Times Square for some of the greatest magic you will ever see.
On January 21st, the performers are co-producers Max Davidson and David Calamari.
MAX DAVIDSON grew up in Colorado, where he learned at a young age how valuable life experiences are - from skiing and hiking around the Rocky Mountains to sitting around a fire pit with friends.
He first saw magic at age 6, sparking a lifelong interest in how things work, the value of storytelling, and how we interpret reality. Now, Max is a highly sought-after magician throughout the country. From private events for Google to theaters in D.C. and hostels in Thailand, Max is prepared for any environment.
Max studied at the world-renowned Tannen's Magic Camp, where he won the junior and senior stage competitions. Notable performances include Caesars Palace, Disney World, the Smoke and Mirrors Magic Theater, and the Boston Magic Lab. Max also consulted on Magic on the Rocks, the first ever magic show at the Red Rocks Amphitheater.
DAVID CALAMARI is a New York based magician and theater artist. He builds scenery for Broadway, television, and film.
His love for magic began when he was just three years old and his uncle showed him his first piece of magic; making a coin disappear. David became fascinated with sleight-of-hand magic, and set out to give others that same feeling of astonishment he had felt at such a young age.
David went on to study the craft at the prestigious Tannen's Magic Camp from 2011-2019. He has won multiple awards for his artistic performances, and has performed at private events all across New York, including at the exclusive members-only club, Zero Bond. David is also is one of the co-producers of An Evening of Magic alongside Max. He also worked behind the scenes on the current off-Broadway hit, Asi Wind's Inner Circle.
