This dazzling concert will be performed by Metropolitan Opera and Broadway Artists ROSE KINGSLEY, THOMAS BOOTH, & Musical Director GRGORY BUCHALATER (current Conductor at The Metropolitan Opera, NYC).
ROSE KINGSLEY- “Opera Great Turned Jazz Great” has transformed from The International Opera Stage to Broadway, Jazz and Blues with a distinct sound like no other singer today. With her 4 octave range she is now wowing audiences from New York to Hollywood. Rose has performed with such greats as Luciano Pavoratti, Placido Domingo, Bob Hope and Frank Sinatra to name a few.
THOMAS BOOTH-Tenor Thomas Booth has performed with The Metropolitan Opera as well as singing to critical acclaim in London, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Holland, Japan, Italy, Mexico and South Africa opera houses. His one man show “Remembering Mario Lanza” received rave reviews.
DR. WAYNE HINTON—Dr. Hinton received his Doctor of Musical Arts degree at the University of Southern California. He worked as music editor for film and television and was assistant music director of Orange County Opera and Golden West Opera. Dr. Hinton has been the Executive Director of the Los Angeles Jewish Symphony, the General Manager of the Nimoy Concert Series of Temple Israel of Hollywood, and the Executive Director of the Riverside County Philharmonic in Riverside, CA.
