Chef Vidal Ransom of RV Catering and Perfection have teamed up to create a special formal dinner and dancing experience. An Enchanted Night Of Love is an event for couples and singles at the Ballroom inside the Hickory Ridge Mall.

The romantic ambiance is paired with a culinary presentation that includes: Entree choices of crab cake stuffed salmon w/ cajun cream sauce or oven roasted chicken breast. Sides choices of grilled asparagus, house salad, fresh steamed broccoli, garlic butter russet potatoes, or Loaded baked potato. A dessert table filled with all types of sweets and a choice of beverage.
