Enjoy a curated tour of public art in Philadelphia’s Benjamin Franklin Parkway and Center City Districts with WHYY Arts and Culture Producer and Reporter Elisabeth Perez-Luna, and Executive Director and Chief Curator of the Association for Public Art, Penny Balkin Bach. The pair will discuss the origins of famous public artworks like Claes Oldenburg’s Clothespin and Alexander Stirling Calder’s Swann Memorial Fountain.
